Buffs Wings

This has got to be the best place in Metro Boston for wings. End of discussion. The Honey BBQ and Honey hot wings are unreal, and the regular hot wings are hot enough to make you want more beer, but not hot enough to clear our your sinuses. By the way, if you like wings that make steam come out of your ears, they can do that too. The wings are cheap, the service is fast, and the beers are plentiful. At least 10 HD TV’s line the walls, which serve to be good entertainment while you wait for a table. The only down side of Buff’s – is always packed. The place is tiny and word is out that this is the best, so come prepared to wait. Good beers to keep you busy. (Cash only)

I read the December 18 post that gave Buff’s just two stars for service even though the review says Buff’s has fast service. Now I am a little biased – Buff’s is my regular “home” bar, but the service is just fine. Buff’s is crowded but at ood times because it draws from mnay audiences from the softball leagues to the after-work crowd and it is very family friendly. You might find Buff’s packed on a Tuesday at 7pm and relatively quiet on a Saturday at 10pm. So yes it is small and if you want to sit at a table and eat sometimes you do have to wait – but it is worth it.
First off… I have to agree the food is worth the wait. They are some of the best wings – if not THE best wings
around. Once seated, the service is quick. I am more disappointed with the bartender and the attitude I have been given there. A bit well, how do I put this nicely – salty. Listen, I get it it’s a crowded bar and not fine dining, but at the least be happy that I’m waiting for the wings. There is also no reason that the bar service is slow, which it is. But again, the food is great.
